Kentref had a good suggestion about checking into Millard Public School's classes. It was a headliner in the news last year at one point that many people were impressed with what they are trying to do.
To add to that suggestion, check into any community colleges that offer such courses also. Maybe get some ideas of topics to touch on from those. I know we have 2 courses here at Iowa Western Community College associated with sports officiating. Go to
