Do fouls by B on successful A scoring plays (successful tries and FG's)have the same option to carry over in overtime as they do in regulation play?

In Pennsylvania, a foul by B on the try is enforced in overtime. If the foul by B is on a successful 1 point try, A will have the option of keeping the point and have the penalty enforced in overtime, or taking a 1/2 the distance and replay the down. If the penalty is on a successful 2 point conversion, A will obviously have the penalty enforced in overtime. If the penalty will be carried over it is imperative that the coaches understand what the penalty will be before they choose offense, defense or end of the field. Penalties for any dead ball fouls or UC, are also enforced in the OT in the order of their occurence, again the coaches need to be made aware of their options. Other states may have their own set of overtime rules, PA uses the overtime procedure outlined in the NF book.

Let me explain what I am asking more clearly.
During A's overtime series, A kicks a successful field goal. B roughs the kicker. A elects to keep the points. Would the penalty for roughing the kicker carry over to B's overtime series: They would have 1st & Goal from the 25.

This is the answer for Pennsylvania other states may have their own variation of overtime. If you have roughing the kicker on a successful field goal in overtime and K elects to keep the points, then the penalty will be enforced from the succeeding spot. The series will begin on the 25 yard line for roughing the kicker and the 15 yard line for running into the kicker. The line to gain will be the goal line so it will either be 1st and goal from the 25 or 1st and goal from the 15.
