We had a similar play last night. Kickoff was not an intentional onside... but kicker booted it high and short. Someone on the Kickoff team nailed the receiver. Refs called a 15 yard Kick catching interference penalty and ordered a re-kick. I'm not sure if the receiving kick was given any options. Do they get any?

They have the same options. Accept the result of the play (decline the penalty), accept an awarded fair catch at the spot of the foul, or replay the kick after a 15 yard penalty.
