In Ohio, we have one play-off. No separation for public or private schools. Of the 12 teams left in 6 Divisions, 7 are public and 5 are private. Only the biggest Division,D-1, will have an all private final on Saturday.

Tennessee
In TN, we have public and private separated, at least the private schools that offer "athletic scholarships", are separated. Some schools have stated to TSSAA that they do not offer them and they may remain with the public schools.
Public schools are in 5 classes and private schools have 3 classes. All classes have a play-off and championship.

REPLY: In NJ, private schools (mostly Catholic schools) play in their own four groups based upon enrollment. Public schools play in their own four groups.
