What is the procedures for the BJ on calling Invalid Fair Catch in High School?
When blow whistle, flag , etc>

The ball is dead and the play ends when any player gains possession (or it is downed by K or goes OOB.). Blow your whistle then. The timing of the flag depends on what happens after the invalid signal is given.
