NFHS: Illegal touching, 5 yards, LOD. An ineligible receiver cannot bat, muff, or catch a legal forward pass unless it's first touched by B.
Batting is 15 yards, no LOD. It's not illegal batting because players can legally bat a forward pass or a fumble in flight.
