It's a dead ball. Who cares, get the sub back out, call the TO, then the sub can re-enter.

This should not be a T for what you described. I have no clue what B7 made it through means, was this a maginot line of like 20 officials holding back players?

Just get B7 back out and remind him to wait to be beckoned, then administer the TO.
