I wonder why he picks on the HS officials here -- as if the college officials do any better with it.

He probably recognizes the vast majority of the officials are at the high school level. Heck we have people that reject anything that is mentioned about the college level. College officials see more tape get get evaluated much more already.

In addition to being a D1 official, he may be a HS assignor/supervisor.

Is. And most of the posts on his blog are for HS officials' benefits, I believe, primarily. (And incidentally, they're almost always posted by someone who assists him and is a long-time area high school and college evaluator.)

I believe Ray Lutz handles most of the video uploads on Hall's site. He's an evaluator at his camps as well.
