Exclamation Triple OT - two games in a row!

I was watching the NBE Trailblazers - San Antonio game tonight. Portland won in triple OT. It was the second consecutive triple OT game for the Spurs! ESPN (who was telecasting the game) said the last time an NBE team played back-to-back triple OT games was in 1951. It was the Baltimore Bullets.

Hey MTD Sr., did you work those games?

Also - anyone know if the refs get overtime pay?

I guess you gotta blame Ron Garretson and Jason Philips.

And yes, they get compounded time-and-a-half for each OT. So 48 + (1.5(5))^3 = 469.875 minutes of pay. We all know NBE refs are paid by the minute, so that's nearly 10 regulation games worth of pay.

Question

So Mark, since this game had three overtimes, does that mean you puked three times?

I did not know that. Is that really true? Any idea what the minutely wage is?
