I catch a glimpse of an NBA game every once in awhile and was just curious if anyone knew what Scott Foster had hooked up to him besides Precision Timing? I've noticed only a couple of officials who have this hooked up.

I'm assuming it is something with media, but I didn't know why he was only one of the select few who wears it. I know that they don't have someone who is wearing one every single game.
