I agree with P/C for both plays. My question on Play 2. Is the 'Continuation Motion' different for NCAA-M than Federation? Player finishes his dribble, gets fouled while he pivots and continues his motion to the basket and shoots. and puts the ball in the basket.
Is the 'No Shot', because he drops his hands before he shoots?

Yes, the rule in NCAA was reinterpreted mid-season to include an upward motion requirement.

PC on both. And I'm not even trying to be funny, but play 2 starts with a blatant travel.

Did Wymer have both of these calls? I did not think he had a very strong game. Would rather have had Mike Roberts the table ref on the game?

First one is tough. Really depends on your angle I think and whether you determine that the flexed knee was in/outside of allowed cylinder. Based on replays I'm thinking PC but in real time can see it going either way.

The 2nd one is clearly PC to me. Can't imagine what the defender did wrong.

(Until the slap of the floor but that is seperate from the PC call.)
