As far as I can see in the video, there were no fouls. Contact, yes, but not fouls. The defender jumped vertically and only hit the ball with his hands AFAICT.
T earned (even if there should have been a foul). Fan was taken care of, just not shown in that video. A lot of schools just don't have regular issues with fans and don't really need 100 security personnel around the court. This is probably one of them. Some areas just need the cops/security around because they have regular issues.
