I used to be "New Zebra"
I don't believe I shared with the members here that I was elected to our Executive Board.
I was absolutely shocked and pleased. It has been a lot of work this summer. But I completely represent the members. I can not believe from where I came and where I am. 13 years of being an official. Wow. Thanks to all of you who give such good advice and to And to Mick who has passed. |

Well congrats. Giving back to officiating can be satisifing and frustrating at the same time. Keep up the good work and I am sure if they felt you were not qualified they would not have voted you in. People like you make this thing go for sure.
Peace

Congratulations!
While you're prioritizing making others better in an official capacity, be sure to have built-in strategies to 1) delegate activity generously, 2) avoid burnout, and 3) make it desirable for someone to take your place when the time is right.
You're gonna do great!
