My calls
Clearly the foul on play 1 occurred prior to the horn. I'm shocked they even reviewed it for that. The only thing I think they reviewed was how much time to put on the clock.
Play 2: No way I'm calling that. Yes it might have technically been over 3 seconds in the paint, but it wasn't over by that much. No way I'm calling that. Had Nik passed the ball then I've got a 3 second call, but since he fired a shot no way am I calling anything (plus I'm a Michigan fan so I wouldn't call it anyway  )

It doesn't really matter if it was before the horn or not. An airborne shooter is protected until they land, even if the horn sounds. The only thing they could possibly need to review was how much time should be on the clock.
Barely over three if at all. And no advantage. No call.
