AZ/OSU video request

Please, please, please somebody tell what the hell happened at 8:47 of the 2nd half.

AZ ball, Trail calls a foul adjacent to the 28' line when there is absolutely no contact between B1 and A1. Then the ensuing throw-in comes from the endline underneath the basket.

I am truly perplexed.
