I looked at the RA too, but I think his little bunny hop prior to contact got him out of it. I like the PC call.

Why? It sure looks like the offensive player was airborne before/during the bunny hop.

His initial LGP was in the RA, so even if the hop took him out and even if it would have been a PC, it's still an RA block.

Play 1. Block. Steps in after offensive player leaves floor.

Play 2. Probably no call, but if you do have a call it is a PC, just not a lot of contact.
