Why not have the fan removed from the game? It is unfair to penalize the team if one knucklehead thinks he can't run his mouth because he paid $5 admission.

The scenario where a crowd T is warranted would have to be a major action by the entire fanbase. For instance, there is a small college team where the fans all lob rolls of toilet paper on the court after the first basket is scored each season. They take their T and move on to keep the tradition.
