had a coach tell me it can't be an offensive foul because his player weighs 250 and the defender only weighs 170

Gee, i wonder where he gets that from...could it be from they many officials I've heard explain to a coach why the didn't call a charge after judging a play using the the same criteria (incorrectly).

Some do call it that way, but it actually isn't by rule.
