Good article and video quiz.

Watch the video, make your calls, then go to the bottom of page 2 on the article for John Adams' ruling on the plays.

10 for 10 here.

I agreed with Seth on all but 6, 7 and 10.

8 out of 10.

btw...I'm sure that John Adams is glad his tournament-selected officials got most of them wrong and displayed "proper" mechanics....(he typed w/ extreme sarcasm)....

You're not disagreeing with Seth but John Adams. Seth only put the information into the article. You might want to review the plays again knowing who's opinion it really is that you're disagreeing with.

You guys are pretty good teachers. This non-basketball official got 10 of 10.

9/10, going off first look, no replays

10/10 (changed my answer to number 6 only) when using the replays as well

So I'm giving it a 9/10, I'm happy with that

9/10 first look for me as well. Changed number 10 to block looking at the second angle. He was definately leaning left after the shooter left the ground.

I love the comments after the article too. "He wasn't set!!" Please!!!

Missed #2 and #8...obvious once I read the reasoning. Next time I call a block or charge and the coach disagrees I am going to tell him I scored 80% on John Adams' test so odds are in my favor that I got this one right also!

Video

Does anyone know how to pull the video out to watch it offline? I would like to show this at an association meeting but we don't have internet available to us at the location.

Thanks

Very nice test, thanks for posting!
Got 8/10 on first try. Had a block on play 5, but seems like a pretty obvious charge in hindsight. Had a charge on play 9, didn't see much of a block/charge situation here, more of verticality issue, but I understand why now.

From youtube, I know how, but on this one, I've not been able to do so.
