Yeah. That's right. We're trying to get the "come hither" signal approved here in Connecticut. We won't push too hard because we don't want to lose our NFHS voting rights.

Why would you need approval for a method of communication? Next thing you are going to tell me if I signal that we have 1 and 1 I have to use an approved method. I guess I would just be wrong then.
