Officials advancing
Anyone want to give their predictions or who they want to see advance to Sweet Sixteen and above in the tournament? I have my list if anyone is interested, all 36. Just looking for opinions based on what they've seen in the tournament.

Why do you think there will be 36?
Is that 24 for the round of 16, 12 for the round of 8 and then 9 of those same officials will work Final Four weekend? Ow will some of those who work the round of 16 also work the round of 8?

The NCAA selects 36 of the 96 2nd round officials for assignment into the Regional Semifinals or Regional Finals. 10 of those 36 are selected for the Final Four & Nat'l Championship (plus 1 alternate)

Really? Maybe we could do a tournament challenge to predict which officials will advance. Or maybe a poll. Or maybe a....

Alright here is who I would advance into the Sweet Sixteen by region; first three are crew chiefs:
EAST: Jamie Luckie, Tom Eades, John Gaffney, Michael Greenstein, Tony Padilla, Mike Roberts MIDWEST: Pat Adams, Don Daily, Randy McCall, Dick Cartmell, Mike Reed, Ron Groover SOUTH: Karl Hess, Bryan Kersey, Mike Nance, Mike Eades, Ted Valentine, John Higgins WEST: Les Jones, James Breeding, Michael Irving, Doug Sirmons, Scott Thornley, Anthony Jordan Those advancing to the Elite Eight (and thus the crew); crew chief listed first: EAST: Mike Stuart, David Hall, Brian O'Connell MIDWEST: Michael Stephens, Terry Wymer, Joe Derosa SOUTH: Doug Shows, Antinio Petty, Verne Harris WEST: Tony Greene, Mark Whitehead, Pat Driscoll
