I'm 6' 5"/245lbs. I'm trying to get down to 235 and stay there. Back in 2006 I ballooned up to 280lbs in the off-season.

There is a referee in Northern VA who works some college ball who is 7'; and he's a chef. He and I have friends in common but I don't really know him personally. I'm sure grune, justacoach, and multisport could fill you in about him.
