TX/Cincy, about 15:20 or so, a jump stop followed by a pivot. Looked like a travel.

We could go on all day about uncalled travels we saw.

Perhaps I should shut up, as I have a 5-6 boys' tourney this weekend.

The vast majority of spin moves executed in NCAA games are strictly traveling under NF/NCAA rules.

I think Snaqs identified the key to not putting a whistle on the vast majority of them:

Calling travels that needs 5 rewinds to justify, probably isnt a great travel call. JMO
