Remember when a captain could request a defensive match-up if three or more substitutes enter the game?
Guess what? It's back for next season, as 3-3-1e. I can remember being asked this maybe twice since I started working basketball, back in 1987. Anybody else remember this happening more frequently? Was this a regional thing, perhaps? Rich
