And, just to restate what others have said, you should be anywhere near the frontcourt when you make the adjustment. If you see it happening or even maybe happening, hedge by going down the middle and once it is clear who is going to lead, veer towards thier side. You can usually figure it out by the time you make it to the top of the key.

Yes, you could have handled it better. You could have put the crew back in the proper formation by simply going back across the court. I pre-game this: If a rotation is missed whichever of the 2 new Leads recognizes it drop back to the Center and the Trail can adjust (and hopefully the Trail is coming up the middle of the court seeing that he has 2 Leads). No need for yelling or gesturing. Recognize and adjust.
