I've always said with the NBA - the ball is too small, the floor's too small, the basket's too low.
These suggestions sounds ridiculous. But until attendance drops, things won't change. In fact, the "3, 2, 1" scoring proposed by Nevadaref is interesting. Consider what the game would be if it were implemeted. My guess is 3 guard offenses would be the way to go. And the block/charge call would happen half as much. But there would be a lot of "discussion" about "Was that a 2 or a 1?"
