Great comments with the following feedback
We shoot the bonus at the 7th foul, so when a team gets to 7, we need to know that RIGHT AWAY, ok?

I want to know on the 6th so as least I'm thinkin my next foul could be #7 and I don't lose my shooter on some off the ball call.

Same thing with the held ball. If it stays with the offense, no reset.

Must be a state thing. In Washington, all held balls require a reset of the shot clock.
