You're speaking FIBA rules, which most of us are not familiar with.
Under NFHS rules, it would be: 1- a technical foul, which would count toward the bonus, 2- two FTs and the ball for the offended team. And no, it doesn't just happen to you, it happens to everyone from time to time. But you need to be better versed on the rules, so you'll know how to handle these situations.
