The real excitement, which would end if this rule was implemented, is when a team hits a shot to pull within one point with less than five seconds left and
the other team actually inbounds the ball !!!
Sometimes there's even a steal or at least a foul. You would think coaches would teach their players to just stand OOB with the ball and let the clock run out.
Wait a minute - I used the words "coaches" and "think" in the same sentence. I should know better than that.
