POP -VS- BEER prefered after game?

Simple Question Simple Answer.

When on top of the game of basketball. When the cameras were turned off and the crowds went home, We as officials trained harder than anyone else in the gym. And just like yourself, we lose vital fluids. You have now left the gym. Which would you reach for given the two options a POP or a BEER.

PS This is a one answer question ONLY !!!!! answer one or the other only.

Ummmm, maybe it's my naivite, but I thought these were the same.

Or is that the point? If so, I'll take a pass on the post-game beverage. Blech.

When you sweat heavily, the levels of some of the chemicals that your body requires actually decreases with the fluid loss. There are more of these needed chemicals in beer than in pop.Beer is actually better for you after a game-up to a point.

Larks....

Coach: Can I ask you a question?
Ref: What is it?
Coach: It's an interrogative form of sentence, used to test knowledge. But that's not important right now.

OK, what was important right then?

Surely, the important thing was to recognize the quote from "Airplane"

Gosh, between the Salmon, Starbucks, Micro-Brew, and now that Snapple stuff you just described, I'm thinking that Oregon must be the center of gravity for yuppies...

Prosciutto flavored ice cream anyone?
