Before I started reffing, I drank about one beer and about two glasses of wine per year. Now I'm up to about three beers and one glass of wine per year. the "extra" beer is during the season, or at bball camp. My teetotalling grandmother would be horrified at the indulgence, but my doctor says a certain avount of alcohol is good for the heart. When I'm not drinking beer, it's diet pop after a game. And I'm always the designated driver.

Prefer a large glass of ice cold milk. Of course, I'll have a bottle of water on the way home too.

BTW, I'm not a yuppie, but I like yuppies. If you cook them in the right sauce :D

OK shortbaldref, your schedule just increased by one. You get to go to the first Melstone game with me. I can't get anyone to stop at the good ole' Jersey Lilly anymore.

Anyone just tuning in, that's not a vote for the ewe, it's a vote for the Bud Light and Old Bill's Bean Soup! (My wife loves me for days after that stop!!)

What did Chuck have? Designer water and a plate of tofu and bean sprouts?

Boy needs to get a little brownpop and grease in his system,or he ain't ever gonna make D1.

Well, I'm not one to tell tales but let's just say the bar ran out of Coke by the end of camp...and I think I might have seen Chuck dip a carrot stick into some blue-cheese dressing...once...he thought it was yogurt. We all had fun though, 'cause anyone sitting within 50 feet of a certain referee who'll remain nameless got drunk just on the fumes! Take-a-my-heart! Take-a-my-heart!

Guiness is one of the 2 great things to come out of Ireland, the other being Kosher dill garlic pickles.

Of all the movies I have seen Jackass is certainly one of them. And that's a fact, Jack!

But the last Austin Powers film (Goldmember?) is very funny. I think the last time I laughed as hard in a movie theater was the first time I saw Blazing Saddles.

The last time I really laughed hard in a movie theater was when I saw Bambi. I especially liked the part where Bambi's mother got killed. That was really funny.

Every time I hear bean soup I remember that it was what they fed Matt Dillon for his first meal one of the many times he was unjustly imprisoned, working in Judge Brooker's mine. Just didn't look too appetizing there.
