I'm not sure of it's relevancy to this rules discussion.I've checked back and I haven't quoted anything out of Rule 2 in this thread at any time. As for the backcourt question,Back In The Saddle answered that one correctly about four and a half hours ago,so I thought it would be pointless and a waste of time to respond to that.
