Rule
I don't have my rules book on me so I'm hoping for some help from the experts.
A6 is waiting at the table to report into the game. As the whistle blows on an out of bounds play B1 pushes and says enough to warrant a technical foul. Can A6 be the shooter for the technical foul? Can ANYONE off of A's bench be the shooter? Please site reference if you know. Thanks, CK

As stated NFHS yes. NBA no, must be in the game... I believe (without looking atmy case book) if at table a whistle blows the player is recognized in and can shoot...
