What constitues a "Travesty"

Sorry for the smart a$$ remark in my first post. I know what it is like when you are trying make a serious post and all you get is what I first posted.
Here are some situations that would warrant a "travesty of the game"
If the coach is tossed and the players and bench personnel keep on swearing at the official(s).
Fans keep throwing debris on the court.
Coach refuses to put team on the floor.
Players won't put the ball in play or won't try to make a basket or defend for one reason or another.
I don't want to think about this any more. I just hope none of these ever happen to me.
