Cool

While all of you are sleeping...I'm out here in the middle of the desert guarding a Nuclear Plant.
Well, at least they let us use the computer to keep us awake.
Thus, I have come up with a list of who I would like to officiate with and where we could do these "honors".
(Of course these are strictly perceptions on my part...see if you agree...feel free to add your own.)

State Championship 4A Boys Final-----------mick
(level headed, rarely gets flustered, good rules knowledge)

Donkey Basketball--------------------------Mark Padgett
(He would be more fun than watching the jack-asses)

NCAA Playoff game--------------------------Chuck E.
(Just seems to know his NCAA stuff, strong personality)

City League Div. 1 Men's Basketball--------BktBallRef
(Tony would have them eating out of the palm of his hand...
or they would all be long gone)

Chicago Inner City League------------------JRutledge
(My Bro would handle all the situations that arise)

Church League Mens Divison------------------Mark T. D.
(He would be a better Preacher than the pastor himself)

8th grade girls championship-----------------rainmaker
(She would get me through this thing one way or another)

Hmmmmmm, and last but not least..............Jurassic Referee

Now where would we put him? Any Suggesions?

Dude

Dude,
Thanks.
...And don't worry about JR, he's probably the guy that gave you those games.

To be serious for a change(enjoy it,it don't happen often),JR is doing exactly what older officials should be doing.I'm mainly working with and helping train new officials in Frosh and JV games. That's my choice.I also get to evaluate them, which is great-because I'm their assigner,so I'd better get to know their capabilities, and when they should be moved up.

PS-I think that someone got BktBallRef tabbed right above.A little birdie tells me that he's been picked for a regional in N.C. Congratulations,Tony!

Been saving this one.

If you define donkey basketball as basketball coached by donkeys, then I already do a lot of those games.

Telephone, telegraph, teletype, and telemick! At least 1 of those 4 antiquated forms of communciation still works extremely well!

Thank you, JR. Being selected for the regionals means you work a state quarterfinal game and a semifinals game. It also means that our crew has a 1 in 3 shot of getting a state championship game. Keep your fingers crossed!

OooH! OucH!

Going as a crew. Talk about putting consistency on the floor for the Big Ones!
Not only should Tony be congratulated, North Carolina should also be applauded for the product they put on the floor.

On a related point, another little birdie(I think that it's a buzzard in this case)told me that our very own beloved, revered(and occasionally dumped on)Larks wrote the state of Ohio varsity qualifying exam yesterday,on the first date that he became eligible to do so.Got a 99% on the Mechanics part and 96% on the Rules section. To celebrate,he went out and purchased a new hat- 1&1/2 sizes larger.

Big time congrats to Larksy!

Then I apologize to my good friend, Mr. Chambers. I'm not worthy!

And, Juules told me about her first varsity assignment but I kept it a secret!

Yep, I had forgotten that it was posted on the website.
