Association By-Law

I've recently been put on our associations Legislative Committee, which is tasked this year with revamping the bylaws. Do any of you guys happen to have by-laws from your association that you wouldn't mind sharing? Trying to get a feel for what other associations look like and how we might need to alter ours.
