B1 knocks ball OOB in A's frontcourt while trying to steal. A1 then inbounds the ball to A2 ( who is standing in her backcourt ) Howler Monkey goes ape_ _ _ _ saying it is over and back. I can't find anything in the book describing this situation. Little help please.

Take that howler monkey, stick a banana in his yap and tell him to read the rulebook section on team control.
See the thread entitled "Backcourt or no?" below for a complete explanation of the rule governing an over and back violation.

Comment from a coach
The guy you describe certainly qualifies as a howler as well as a monkey. We have always taught our players to throw it in to their teammate in back court if they are getting pressure in the front court but not in back. I have a hard time believing the guy didn't know the rule if he was out of grade school. DO NOT LET THE MORONS GET TO YOU! If he was really that ill-informed, it's a shame he is coaching. If he was just trying to get to you, it's a shame he is coaching. Either way, it's too bad his players don't have somebody better to guide them. And it's too bad you have to put up with people like that.
