B1 knocks ball OOB in A's frontcourt while trying to steal. A1 then inbounds the ball to A2 ( who is standing in her backcourt ) Howler Monkey goes ape_ _ _ _ saying it is over and back. I can't find anything in the book describing this situation. Little help please.
