I allow the coach a brief "moan", such as: "That'sa travel; over the back, 3 seconds, etc..." But whenever they add something of a personal nature; it is a warning. Further incidents will be awarded a "T".
I do not feel that the instructing itself warrants a "T". However, if you feel the coach's "chirping" is belittling your authority, I suggest you give him the universal stop sign (open hand, palm facing the coach, extended out at the chest level) with a brief, but very direct "Coach, I have heard enough." The next chirp warrants a "T".
