The best part is the players and refs get to pick their own names - some of the player names are Rice A Horni, Izza Calamity, Jane Goodbrawl, Terror Misu, Morley Bankrupt...well, you get the idea. Pregame:  As I understand it, they use 5-6 refs per match - 2 for the inside of the track, 2 on the outside, and 1 or 2 for the penalty box administration.

A few years ago, I worked with a woman who was on a team. Her "stage name" was Dakota Dynamite. As she was a captain in the AF Reserves, I called her Captain Dynamite.
