Did the penalties change for offensive team fouls? I thought I heard about a change but after the state rules meeting I don't recall discussion about it. IE:

A1 shoots and A2 fouls B2 while positioning for a rebound. Or, A1 is dribbling and A2 fouls B2 while getting through a screen.

IT's a college change, not a HS change.

In HS, B2 will shoot (assuming B is in the bonus) in both your plays.

In College, B2 will shoot in the first play (no team control); B will get the ball OOB in the second.

That's a hazard of this board if you don't follow carefully what sanctioning body folks are discussing.

There was indeed a NFHS rule clarification on this but it was not a rule change. Look in the front of your rule book.
