HS boys varsity rec game - we line up for free throws. I am trail. As we line up, the non-shooting member who is closest to the baseline and my partner says to him, "Would you keep an eye on number 32?"
My partner replies, "Why? Do you think he's cute or something?" Both teams crack up, and so do I. My partner wasn't the actual Dave, but a reasonable facsimile.

23 gets called for a retaliation push. Ref: Easy there 23, stay in the game for me 23: I know but the mother fu-er fouled me first! Ref: Watch your profanity too 23: But I didnt say anything to him!
