HS boys varsity rec game - we line up for free throws. I am trail. As we line up, the non-shooting member who is closest to the baseline and my partner says to him, "Would you keep an eye on number 32?"
My partner replies, "Why? Do you think he's cute or something?"
Both teams crack up, and so do I.
My partner wasn't the actual Dave, but a reasonable facsimile.
