Elbow on the floor.
District Final last night.
A40, on knees, grabs the scrum ball securely. Slight forward momentum caused her to continue to the floor where her elbow stopped the rest of her body from falling. She ended down with two knees and one elbow ,and looked to pass. She's a good athlete. Someone yelled that I should open a rule book. [Edited by mick on Nov 23rd, 2002 at 11:34 AM]
