We went throught this a month or so ago.
It's not in the book. Some do it anyway. If you're a rookie, you should follow the standard for your area. If you're not a rookie, then think about when (if ever) it makes sense for you and for the game you are in (for example, maybe it makes sense on a last-second throw-in when you as T are blocking the table's view and it's important to get the clock started "exactly" on time). |
