We went throught this a month or so ago.

It's not in the book.

Some do it anyway.

If you're a rookie, you should follow the standard for your area.

If you're not a rookie, then think about when (if ever) it makes sense for you and for the game you are in (for example, maybe it makes sense on a last-second throw-in when you as T are blocking the table's view and it's important to get the clock started "exactly" on time).

In our section of Rome we've been instructed to mirror. We were told that some of the timers had requested this as it is hard to see the L, especially when L is opposite.

WOW! In 3 person I thought the L cracked his whistle & counted & the T puts their arm up to chop.

In 2 person, if both are chopping in time, whose working off ball to get the push offs, etc?

If I'm trail in 2, it's pretty easy to simply keep my partner's arm in my peripheral vision.

Indeed. We've been instructed to mirror here.

Must be an area thing...

Actually, we're not. I was just thinking hypothetically. I don't think it would be all that difficult, but we aren't doing it.

Then again, I only did about 4 or 5 2-man games last season, and haven't worked anything this year. So take that for what it's worth.

Ahh so I see. I was wondering, because our board says, if you're chopping at T you better be working a NCAA-W or Pro game.

Get well soon!
