Foul, then "T" fifth foul

I almost had this today and it made me think.

We got a foul and 35 white is shooting 2, My partner makes the call, but after the call, I got a "T" for unsportsmanlike conduct on 35 white.

It this was 35s 5th foul, does he shoot the 2 for the PF ( personal foul ) or does his sub shoot them?

I expect it would be the sub because 35 white is done.

It was a very good game 4 points in the end because visitors couldn't shoot FTs.
