Always a travel

In reading case plays today is it as simple as anytime a dribble is started with both feet in the air - travel?

What if A5 rebounds the ball & while in the air, he starts the dribble prior to landing?

Good point - well taken - thanks - not that simple eh?

But if a player leaves the floor with the ball and decides to start a dribble from the air instead of shooting we should have a travel every time... right?

Rather than try to oversimplify, why not just learn the rule?

You mean....can't start a dribble after lifting the pivot foot? Can't be that easy.
