It must have been a sneaker squeak

With about 1;45 to go in a 15 point game, I was C tableside. I thought I heard a faint whistle as players paused. T kept looking straight ahead as if nothing happened. Team with the ball, who was stalling out the remainder, then started to dribble [was not a double] and the other players started moving again after a couple of seconds. L & T started talking about it and laughing as we made our way to the locker room. So I asked if they were laughing about the sneaker squeak. The squeak came from opposite table, lest anyone be confused.

Maybe there was a mouse on the floor who had just eaten a lot of beans!
