No such animal. A (single) foul can be intentional, or flagrant, or neither but not both.

By the rule book you are correct but when selling the flagrant part it is best to paint a simple picture for the coach. Then we get into a hard foul that is judged to be a flagrant foul that was not intentional. I have found in these cases it is best to paint the picture.
